About Nancy Chandler's Map of the Suan Lum Night Bazaar

It is with great regret that we have decided to stop selling our map of this downtown market, as long delayed plans to replace it with just want Bangkok needs, yet another big mall and residential complex, are now moving ahead.
In May 2010, the demolition teams moved into the area surrounding the center of market, razing buildings in the back and a part of Section E. We have since come to understand that many remaining vendors are planning or being pressured to move out soon. Major tenants, such as the Savoey Seafood restaurant, have already moved out.
As a result, we felt that we could not in good conscience continue selling the map.
