| Our shopping cart is designed to accommodate both international customers and customers in Thailand. When you first enter a product detail page, prices will be shown for both international delivery and delivery in Thailand next to the following buttons (shown here for example only): |

| To order a product, simply click on the appropriate button on a product page. All future product detail pages you visit will show only the appropriate prices based on your selected destination, with buttons allowing you to add to or view your shopping cart, or to check out. Once you have ordered one item, you may also click on Shopping Cart on the left navigation bar to view, revise or confirm your order. Only when you click on Check Out will you be asked for personal details. |

Pricing and Billing Policy

| Prices
for international delivery are quoted in US Dollars (US$) and include delivery
costs, meaning no suprises for customers on check out. (One of our pet peeves
are shopping carts that add on significant delivery charges at the end of the
ordering process with no prior notice.) Customers submitting orders via our site's secure payment gateway with Siam Commercial Bank will be billed in US dollars. Those who wish to send credit card details by mail or email must follow the directions on our order form. For those paying by personal check, please note we can no longer mail orders until payment is received. |
| Prices
for delivery in Thailand are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) at our standard
retail prices in Thailand. Delivery options, as listed later on this page, are
a small additional charge per order (not per item). |
| If
you wish to be billed in Thai Baht or to pay by mail order (personal check or credit card), please print out your order form, and mail it to us with a check or credit card details including card type, number, expiry date, card holder?s name and signature, as well as the security code now required by Thai bank policy for off line mail order transactions. (For American Express cards, this is the four digit code in the upper right corner of your card; for Visa and MasterCard, it is the last three digits of the code on the signature panel on the back of your card.) Mail these to the address at the bottom of this page. Credit card customers may also either (a) scan and email it to us at sales@nancychandler.net, or (b) fax it to us at 02-266-6579. Please note on the order form if you wish to be billed in Thai Baht. |

| Delivery Policy |
For
delivery in Thailand, retail prices include value-added tax where applicable
under Thai law and order forms offer the following delivery options.
- Pick up at our office: No charge. Send a messenger or come yourself and say
hello!
- Delivery by registered mail: THB 50.00 nationwide. Allow 5-7 business days.
- Delivery by Express Mail: THB 75.00 nationwide. Allow 3-5 business days.
- Delivery by Messenger: THB 100.00 in Central Bangkok only. Allow 1-2 business days.
Note: For those in Nonthaburi and Bang Na as well as other suburbs of Bangkok, the fastest delivery service available is by Express Mail, which can be done in 1-2 business days if needed.
For international delivery, all retail prices
include delivery by international airmail within 2 to 3 weeks. Any customs or
import duties are the responsibility of the customer. |
| For rush orders, please let us know when you need your order in the "Special Request"
box on your order form. Additional charges may apply, in which case we will contact
you to confirm your acceptance of the additional charges before processing your
order. |
| Delivery
time includes shipping and handling, as well as order processing time for
most products. We will notify you of any delays required for special products
upon receipt of your order. |

| Return/Refund Policy |
| All
sales are final. Credit will be considered on a case-by-case basis however for
customers with special circumstances, provided product can be returned in good,

Graphics and it's sales and marketing arm, NCG Marketing Ltd., do not lease, sell,
or share personal information about its customers with other people or companies
except to provide products or services requested, to process payment, when we
have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- Customers
who submit comments on our products may have their names posted alongside their
comments in publicity materials and on our website.
- Customers who submit
suggestions and/or corrections for our maps or other products may be mentioned
by name and country in special contributor thank you lists published.
- Customers
who have demonstrated interest in our cards and gifts may receive catalogs from
us in the future, unless they have requested to be excluded from our mailing list.
- Personal information may be shared in response to subpoenas, court orders,
or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against
legal claims.
- Personal information may also be shared in order to investigate,
prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, violations,
or as otherwise required by law.
Our payment gateway encrypts credit card
details to protect customers. For orders processed otherwise, all sensitive information
is restricted to employees who need the information to provide the products and
services requested. If this policy changes for any reason, we will notify you
about significant changes in the way we treat your personal information by sending
a notice to any email address we have for you and posting a notice on this website.
